Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. If production has already commenced or materials have been sourced specifically for your requirement, cancellation fees may apply.
If manufactured components do not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications, please contact our team within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in your commercial contract for review and remediation.
